Joint Installation 2009/10 and 44th National Day Celebration

Our Club President Khong Shung was installed in a Joint Installation Ceremony held at Shangri La Hotel on 2 Aug 2009. The Guest of Honour was Minister Lim Boon Heng and Senior Minister of State Foreign Affairs Zainul Abidin Rashid. DG Anthony Tay was the host for the occasion and they were dressed in their best, with tuxedos etc. I have posted some of the photos here of the event, our Club President and a few other Club Presidents that happened to be sitting close by and whom we have been working together in joint functions.

Project Planet 51 Movie

LCS Zenith joined 3 other clubs in this project to bring 116 children from 4 charity homes to the movie. With the high cost of going to the movies, many if not most of these children have not entered a cinema at all. It was a good effort to let these children experiences some of good stuff that normal children were enjoying.

Big thanks to LCS Bedok, Emerald and Fullerton and all those who have contributed in one way of another to the success of this project.
